Our Queens

At Heart of Texas Ragdolls, our Queens are the heart of our breeding program. Chosen for their stunning looks, gentle temperaments, and strong genetic health, our Queens embody everything that makes the Ragdoll breed special. Each of our Queens undergoes DNA testing for Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), ensuring that their kittens are as healthy as they are beautiful.

We are deeply committed to ethical breeding practices, which means we do not overbreed our Queens. Each mama is given plenty of time to rest and recover between litters, allowing her to stay healthy and happy. Our focus is always on the well-being of both our Queens and their kittens, so you can be confident that your new Ragdoll comes from a nurturing, responsible environment!

Diane

Margo, a stunning chocolate point Sepia Cherubim Ragdoll, is a true delight. Her deep aqua green eyes and luxurious, rich brown coat set her apart. With a sweet, silly, and gently quirky personality, Margo thrives on attention and is rarely far from your side. This clever girl has even mastered the art of retrieving treats from the Temptation container with her paw, generously sharing her bounty! Her kittens inherit her gorgeous coats and sweet dispositions.

Lillibet

Born here at Heart of Texas Ragdolls, Louise is a beautiful seal mink bicolor Cherubim Ragdoll who has earned her place as one of our queens. She embodies all the qualities we admire in the breed: striking deep aqua eyes (remarkably blue for a mink Cherubim), a beautiful face with small ears, a very floofy coat, and a loving Ragdoll personality. Her kittens are a testament to her exceptional breeding and inherit her wonderful traits.

Sue Ellen

Meet Queen Tuna, our adorable blue bicolor traditional Ragdoll with a royal appetite! Imported from Anna Baczewska's Kaszmirowy Dotyk Cattery in Lublin, Poland, she was originally destined to be Sloan, but her love for tuna changed all that! This sweet girl, with her captivating blue eyes, may be petite, but she's a queen in every other way. Her kittens are just as gorgeous as she is, inheriting her sweet face and stunning eye shape and color.

Candace

Meet Queen Dink, a truly unique blue point mink Cherubim Ragdoll with mesmerizing aqua eyes. Named by my husband after a Bond girl (because who can resist a touch of intrigue?), Dink charmed her way into his lap during the Covid shutdown and became his constant companion while he worked from home. This sweet girl is not only a devoted lap cat but also an exceptional mother. Adding to her charm, Dink communicates with us through adorable chirps rather than meows, a language all her own. Her kittens inherit her special qualities, making them truly exceptional.

Baguette

Meet Sesame! Yes, you read that right. I am delighted to introduce this gorgeous blue bicolor traditional Ragdoll kitten! She comes to us from Renata Wang at Rentakitty Cattery in Quindao, Shandong, China, and was named by my son, whose favorite Chinese food is, well, you can guess. But don't let the name fool you – she's a truly exceptional kitten., and she is everything I could have hoped for. Her doll face is just perfect, even though her picture doesn’t show it, her blue eyes are mesmerizing, and her personality is the sweetest and floppiest. I'm so excited for her future kittens, expected in late 2025!

Zelda

This beautiful traditional seal bicolor Ragdoll, Diane, is a valuable addition to our breeding program. Imported from the award-winning Joanna Leszczynska Ragdoll Ancymony cattery in Sochaczew Poland, she boasts an impressive pedigree. Diane's gentle nature and serene presence make her a true queen. Her warmth and elegance shine through in every moment, whether she's lounging or exploring.

With her striking eyes and soft, rabbit-like fur, Diane is a picture of Ragdoll beauty. Her sweet and gentle nature makes her even more special. She embodies the affectionate and easygoing temperament that defines the breed. Diane is a cherished member of our cattery, and her kittens inherit her wonderful qualities.

Margo

We are so thrilled to welcome Lillibet, a gorgeous blue mitted lynx traditional Ragdoll, to our cattery! She came to us from our friend Anna Baczewska at Kaszmirowy Dotyk Cattery in Lublin, Poland. Lillibet is a sweetheart with the most beautiful kittens. She's also incredibly smart and playful, always ready for a game with her favorite toys. She truly embodies the elegance and charm we adore in Ragdolls.

I instantly fell in love with Queen Candace the moment I saw her photos! This gorgeous blue mitted traditional Ragdoll, from Anna Baczewska's Kaszmirowy Dotyk Cattery in Lublin, Poland, is even more beautiful in person. Her deep blue eyes, tiny ears, and sweet, loving personality are simply irresistible. And her meow is so unique – we always know it's Candace "chatting" with us. Her kittens are just as lovely as she is, inheriting her stunning eye color and sweet disposition.
